I want to thank VetMed for all their assistance this past Sunday when my baby girl Jenny wasn’t getting any better. I was so thankful they were willing to provide a second opinion. Unfortunately, we were unexpectedly faced with the difficult option of having to help her cross the rainbow bridge. The entire team was so compassionate and even let us stay after close to spend our final moments with our girl. We appreciate everything the team has done for us even though we weren’t existing patients.

Recently we had an emergency with our diabetic Chihuahua. After spemding 3 hours the night before at Emergency Vet we were desperate for additional care. We called Vet Med and from the first phone call to the last they were kind, compassionate and loving to our little boy. In the end we could not save him and once again they guided us through the difficult decision to put him out of his misery. Thank you Adam, Riley and Dr Serrine for all that you do everyday. Through all the years I have been taking my dogs here, it has been nothing short of amazing. All the doctors have been attentive, helpful, and supplied alternate accommodations when things were out of their range.I had to unfortunately put our youngest dog down yesterday. Leading up to, during and after the apt, the entire staff was warm, caring, and treated my dog and I in the most respectful manner. Although it was heartbreaking, the compassion they showed for the entire time was something I will never forget.So thank you. Thank you Vetmed team for treating me and my fur babies as family.

We had to take our husky in today for an emergency visit. The staff and doctor were so personable and kind. The facility is extremely clean. Unfortunately our guy was not able to be healed and we had to have him put down. Very sad but all of the good people here made it the best it could be. I would highly recommend VetMED!!! At VetMED the Veterinarians always take such great care of my Kitties. Over a year ago, my younger Fella was gravely ill & an entire team had to do intensive work, all throughout the day & lemme tell ya, they saved his life!! Our ten year old lab wast so sick. We went to several different veterinary clinics with no results. It was looking like we may have to put him down. Then someone recommended Bay VetMED! They did an amazing job with our boy. They found the problem and did the surgery. We are blessed to still have him with us. We have continued to go here with all of our other pets now as well. Vetmed has always been very good to us with all of our pets. They handled our newest stray cat we took in so gently and kindly. I was worried the vet appointment wouldn’t go well with us just taking him in, but I was shocked! Dr. Kristen Moody was excellent. I think there was another veterinarian that came in as well who was also super helpful, but I don’t remember her name and it wasn’t on the paperwork. As well as their receptionist staff, I believe her name was Lauren who was very helpful to me as well.

I've always had great service from the team here. Recently, my dog underwent surgery to remove a tumor from her paw. Dr. Moody did an incredible job of explaining every step of the procedure to me, Kyleigh gave a thorough rundown of each of the medications and aftercare steps, and David was very friendly and kind to me. I left a review a year ago. Since all the drs and staff has changed they went downhill. I was in the waiting room for over an hour before anyone even came out front. The phone rang and rang. When someone did answer the phone they placed them on hold and went back where they were. Meanwhile I waited for a few minutes and left. My dog wasn’t seen and they wouldn’t refill her meds. I called about her meds a couple of days in advance. So now I’m looking for a new vet. That was very unprofessional.
