I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. I’ve seen people say they were a little taken aback by having a payment station inside the exam room. Nothing to worry about. It’s easier to pay your bill in a controlled setting than trying to stand at the lobby desk, pay your bill, and hold on to a large dog that just wants out at the same time.
