"I left a review a year ago. Since all the drs and staff has changed they went downhill. I was in the waiting room for over an hour before anyone even came out front. The phone rang and rang. When someone did answer the phone they placed them on hold and went back where they were. Meanwhile I waited for a few minutes and left. My dog wasn't seen and they wouldn't refill her meds. I called about her meds a couple of days in advance. So now I'm looking for a new vet. That was very unprofessional."
